Speaking at the post-match presentation, Sharma emphasized that there was nothing much to think about as long as the players understood what they were supposed to do. He urged them to follow whatever the captain and coach were saying and execute the plans accordingly. Rohit remarked that he wanted the team to get better – both individually and collectively.
“I said after the last match as well, we want to get better as a team and as players. As long guys are clear what they are supposed to do and whatever the captain and coach is saying, if they execute it then there’s not much to think about,” Rohit said.
