Horror IPL 2025 continues for Pant
Rishabh Pant became the most expensive player in the history of IPL player auctions when LSG bought him for Rs 27 crore. However, he has not been able to repay their faith yet. Pant was dismissed for a duck in his debut for LSG and then managed 15 against Sunrisers Hyderabad before being dismissed for 2 against Punjab Kings.
On Friday, LSG had raced away to a blistering start thanks to Mitchell Marsh’s rapid fifty and the stage was set for Pant to make his mark as batter and captain on a good batting track after Nicholas Pooran fell cheaply to Hardik Pandya.
